Sigma Property Management Services (SPMS) is a joint venture between IDEB Group Properties. It deals with in-house looking after of all the properties which come under the banner of Sigma Group.

The idea of having own property management was mooted during November 2002 and SPMS was formally launched on 21st November 2002 under the leadership of its Managing Director Mr. H.S. Bedi.

SPMS had a humble start of looking after a property measuring 62,000 Sft., i.e., Alpha Tower of Sigma Soft-Tech Park – the first IT Park that Sigma Group constructed, but now it can boast of looking after more than 10 Lakh Sft. of property.
