IDEB
Inc. entered the market of property development in the
year 1999, understanding that a perfect balance between
excellent location, futuristic construction and value for
money is what makes for a successful real estate venture.
IDEB is currently developing over 10 million Sft. of real
estate in Bangalore, Pune, Mysore,
Chandigarh, Noida, Goa, Hyderabad,
Kashipur, Jaipur, Dehradun & Delhi.
It has formed strategic alliances with other companies for
development of the same. The areas of development include
Software Technology Park, Residential apartments, Commercial
Buildings and Multiplexes.
The in-house Architectural division adds up to the added
advantage of preparation of detailed drawings while the
Interiors division takes care of execution of interiors
for it Tech/IT clients. The group monitors and controls
the projects through its own Project Management Consultancy
unit to ensure timely delivery. The consultants for the
projects are the best in their field from India and Singapore.
After handing over the properties to prospective tenant/buyers,
the property management unit under the name “IPMS”
looks after and maintains the properties.
Industrial Estate
IDEB launched its first Industrial Estate of 150 acres in
Kashipur, Uttranchal. This estate is notified by Govt. of
Uttranchal & enjoys Income tax, Sales tax & Excise Duty
relief for all units opened before March 31, 2010.
IDEB has also acquired
another 200 acres for Phase II of the Industrial Estate.
