IDEB manufactures Batching Plants and
Tower Cranes at its 11 acre factory at Devenahalli, Bangalore under the
flagship company IDEB Equipments (P) Ltd. The batching plants
manufactured are fully automated with cement silos. The range is from 15
m.cb./hour to 30 m.cb./hour concrete production and upto 15 recipies can be
programmed into the system.
 The
unit currently employs 120 people & operates on a 24x7 basis. It has its own
captive power and production capacity of 20 MT/day.
Having a spread of 15 Tower Cranes at various locations in India, stiff
target has been set to double the same in the year 2005-06.
IDEB Tower cranes are manufactured in conformity
with international standard under strict quality control checks. The cranes have
enhanced safety features the protect them from any kind of malfunction.
These features includes Moment Cutout, Overload Limiting. Height Limiting,
Maximum-Minimum work radius etc. The idea of 'Safety by Prevention' restricts
working within rated capacities, thereby increasing safety and reducing the
risk of accidents.
IDEB offers a much wider range starting right from 2 tones to 12 tones.
These cranes can be installed on fixed civil foundation as 'Stationary' or
mounted on rails as 'Traveling'
