“Tristar” – the Service apartment unit of IDEB, caters to the corporate and individual clients alike. It is currently operating a 25 service apartment complex at Bangalore consisting of studio, single & double bedroom flats.. The service apartment has a comparable rating of 4 star.

Tristar II is coming up on Sarjapur Road and will have 50 service apartments. IDEB has finalized 1,17,000 Sft of land for a 115 room Tristar Service apartments at City walk Mall, Saket-Delhi. Land has also been acquired at Mysore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh & Pune to spread the chain of service apartments.

IDEB has also tied up with “Country Inn and Suites” – A Carlson Group Band, for a 4 Star – 104 room hotel at Bangalore. Construction is in full swing and is scheduled to be opened in October ’07.

IDEB is coming out with 800 keys across India in Bangalore, Delhi, Calcutta, Mysore, Pune, Chandigarh and dehradun.
