has signed a MoU with Shanghai Urban Construction Group,
12th largest construction company in China with a turnover of $1.6
billion to take up large infrastructure projects like bridges,
roads, tunnels, highways and metro rail in India.
Shanghai Urban Construction (Group) Corporation, established in
October 1996 with the approval of Shanghai Municipal Party
Committee and the government, is a comprehensive enterprise
supported by the Ministry of Construction and Shanghai Municipal
Government. |

Private Limited (PDPL) is promoted by owners of Singapore
based Uptron Group having a Global turnover of $500
million. Uptron is a multi disciplinary group involved in
import-export of branded electronics distribution, trading,
investment, and real estate development. The company has
offices/associate companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong,
Thailand, Indonesia, UAE and India.
Mr. Pradeep Kumar Tewani, an NRI based in Singapore is
the principal owner of the Uptron Group of Companies and also
the major promoter of Parkway Developments Private Limited along
with Mr. Prem Kumar Gajra, a Singapore Permanent resident
